Thanks for posting your concern here in the QuickBooks Community, @another12_pw. I'll share the steps to help you print a salary check in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
It's good to know that it showed To Print in your bank register and bills section. We can proceed to the Print checks option of QBO to print the salary checks.
Here's how:
- Click the + New button, then select Print checks.
- Load your checks into the printer. You can do a test print on plain paper first to check the alignment, so you don’t waste checks.
- Choose the checking account for which you created the check from the dropdown menu.
- In the Starting check no. field, enter the check number of the first check in the printer.
- Select the checkbox next to each check you want to print.

- Tap Preview and print, then select Print if everything is correct.
- If your checks print correctly, select Done.
