I have gone from quickbooks for windows desktop to a Mac. Some things didn't transfer over. I can't find my customers discounts or price levels. How do I set up price levels for my customers in a Mac desktop version?
I have some that get a 15%, 30%, 35% and 40% discount.
Thanks

I know how beneficial it is to your business to set up price levels in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. However, this option is unavailable. With this said, I'd recommend sending this request straight to our product engineers through feedback. Sharing features and options that you would like implemented is how our engineers look for new product updates. Here's how:
You'll want to check for a third-party application that can help you with this one. You can check out the apps that are compatible with QuickBooks at this link: Intuit App store. Any questions about integrating the app into your Online account are best handled by the third-party app provider.
Allow me to share this article to help you be more familiar with the features and functions available in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac: QuickBooks Desktop Resources.
I'll be right here to continue helping if you have any other concerns or questions about QuickBooks. Assistance is just a post away. You have a good one.
Consider running your QBD Windows on Parallels and request a refund for your new QBD Mac.
Well going back to windows isn't an option for our shop at this time. But thanks for the suggestion.
Well my help at the top of the menu bar doesn't have a send feedback online option. I'm guessing they moved it. I'll look for it and then send feedback. Thanks for the other links. I have been looking for some tutorials. My only issue is our internet isn't the best here. Lots of buffering. Some days I think I just need to go back to paper books.
Thanks for the help.
If your internet connection is not reliable, just working solo to manage your book and only need basic features (price level feature is not available), consider having a free accounting app to run on your Mac. You can use the program for as long as you like, use all the features and enter as much data as required. There are no time limits, no usage limits, no ads (at this time). This program is quite popular in Asia and Europe.
