I almost got some help from someone via twitter, but they were not correct. Honestly, I had to wait until the next day for my "appointment" , and for the second appointment I was scheduled for. The first one sent me an email saying I missed it. They never called. Then they called that afternoon. Until today, I couldn't even reply to you. I stand by the fact its horrific customer service.
