How do you get customer service? I have been trying for about an hour. just a big run around

There have been SOOOO many complaints about this.  

All yo ucan do is keep trying.  Maybe try the chat, instead. Or even, post your question here, if no access to your account is needed.

I almost got some help from someone via twitter, but they were not correct.  Honestly, I had to wait until the next day for my "appointment" , and for the second appointment  I was scheduled for.  The first one sent me an email saying I missed it.  They never called.  Then they called that afternoon.   Until today, I couldn't even reply to you.  I stand by the fact its horrific customer service.
