How do you update customer banking info. when I click to update. edit is grayed out.

I appreciate all your efforts in trying to update your customer’s banking information. We’ll have to select the Add link to enter the correct account details.


When you select the Edit option, it only allows you to edit the Account Type and Phone Number. If you wish to change the account and routing numbers, let’s create a new bank profile.


Here’s how:

 

  1. In the Customer information screen, go to the Payment and billing tab.
  2. Tap the box for the bank account details.
  3. This will display the Enter bank account info screen.
  4. From there, click the Add link.
  5. Fill in the fields with the new bank account data and then hit Save.change bank.pngchange bank.1.pngchange bank.2.png
