How may I create customize invoice? Currently amount equals to rate * quantity but I don't want that amount. We need our custom amount!
I'm glad you posted here, Pankaj.
Let me help you utilize your custom amount when entering an invoice.
Changing an item amount in the Customize invoice form section isn't possible. This feature will only modify the displayed information on the form.
Moreover, the Rate is equivalent to the sales price you set for the product from the Item List tab. Also, the amount varies and will change on how many Quantities (Qty) were ordered or sold to your customer multiplied by the custom Rate.
However, you can edit this in the Item List tab to set your custom amount. Here's how:

But I don't want to create items on Quickbooks as it is dynamic. So I will send all invoice line items from API and just I want fir line items in invoice template and generated as a invoice. Is it possible?
Thanks for the prompt reply and for sharing the detailed info about your goal, Pankaj.
I'll direct you to the best possible help when it talks about API integrations.
I recommend contacting Intuit Developer Support about API integration with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), especially when generating invoices utilizing the line items and templates from the API system.

Hey Bryan,
Yes we integrated all APIs and working fine and everything is ok. But currently whatever we are sending data from API to Intuit, it generated invoice as well but Amount is wrong. We are only charging 10% of amount so how I can achieve the goal? We have our application, which connected service company and person who have requirement of services. Now, I will generate the invoice for service company. So let's assume, Client (who have requirement of service) will take service for 100$. So now we will charge to service company as a 10% of amount so we will show them as 100$ as amount and 10$ as service charge. And sum will be service charge as it is ours so.
Thanks for returning to this thread, Pankaj. Let me add some info about API integration for invoices with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
Please note that QuickBooks relies solely on data received from the integrated APIs. Although the integration is functioning well, the invoice amounts are incorrect. I recommend reaching out to Intuit Developer Support for additional assistance. They oversee API integrations with Intuit products such as QBDT.
For future reference, here's an article you can utilize to learn how to personalize any report you generate: Customize reports in QBDT.
I'll be around to lend a hand for further assistance with managing invoices or API integrations in QBDT. Have a good one.
