My client uses Square and links with QBO through Sync with Square. Square credit card sales transfer correctly into QBO for the main business location. However, the client has added some remote locations, and credit card transactions for these, which are recorded under separate locations in Square, show up on the bank statement as "Square Inc" for the transaction description, which is the same as the main location, but the QBO account is Sublease Rent Revenue. The transactions don't show up in QBO (to match to the deposit) for the remote locations whereas they do for the main location.
Any suggestions on how to fix this so the remote site transactions transfer to QBO correctly? Besides disconnecting Sync with Square and reconnecting, which I'm nervous about doing, I'm not finding any options. Thanks!

- Go to the Help menu in QuickBooks, then choose the Search tab.
- At the bottom click on Contact us.
- Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
- On the next screen, scroll down to How would you like to connect with us section.
- Choose Chat with us to initiate a discussion with a live agent.
- Enter you account contact information then press Get a chat.
- When using this option, make sure to enable pop-up windows. The chat box will appear at the bottom right section of your monitor, and an agent will be with you shortly after. See this:
