finally an agent got assigned to my data service case and he/she wrote a mail from the NoResponse Intuit mail address with questions in it for me to answer. I would now like to answer those questions but on the bottom of the mail it says: "This email is automatically generated and we do not receive replies to it."
As the mail contains no further contact details I am wondering how I can answer the questions of the agent as we really need to get sorted as soon as possible.

It's a great start when you've got an assigned agent from our Data Services Team to help resolve your case. With this, I'm here to ensure you're able to answer all the questions in the email.
I'd suggest using this email address: icu_status@intuit.com. This way, you can respond to your assigned agent.
Once done, please allow 24 hours for their reply. They are available from Mondays to Fridays (6 am to 6 pm PT).
After that, you can review the status of your case. Doing so will help you get an idea of when to expect your data file back. I'll guide you how.
The screenshot below shows you the last three steps.
I recommend visiting this article: QuickBooks Data Services FAQ. Then, go to the How do I check the status of my case? section to learn more about the description of each case status. It also contains other tasks to complete your request. One of them is adding Data Services as an admin user in your QBO account.
