We can still create an invoice by going to the plus sign, @gbihaulingllc.
To begin with, please know that the Plus New icon is still available in QuickBooks Online.
Since you can't see this in your dashboard, let's perform a browser troubleshooting by opening your account using a private window. Unexpected behaviors like this can occur due to accumulated cache.
To save you time, please use either of these shortcut keys:
- Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
After opening a private window, try to locate the plus new icon and then create an invoice. If everything works perfectly, clear your cache so the system can start fresh. If you still can't, use another supported browser.
