How to fix this? Marking the invoice as Paid doesn't mark it as paid on the Invoices list screen. When I go to the individual invoice, then I can see that it's paid.

I am using the self-employed version of Quickbooks and such invoices that I have already marked as paid are being counted in Overdue invoices in my dashboard. This is just misleading.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue with your invoice list display, neeravbm.

Browsers often store files on your computer to load websites faster. However, it also gets outdated over time and can cause issues. To fix this, let's clear your browser's cache. Alternatively, you can consider using a supported browser for improved compatibility.

Once done, please check if the invoices on the list are now marked as paid.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Live Support team. They can further investigate and guide you through the next steps. Here's how to reach them:

  1. In the upper right corner, select the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Type your concerns in the field, then hit Continue.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us.
