At the moment, there's an ongoing investigation about the 1099 that can't be accessed because users are unable to select the Client tab in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
If you wish to be added to the notification lists to receive updates about the investigation, you can contact the QBSE Care Team. Here's how:
- Move your mouse to the Help (?) icon and select Contact Us. If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
- Click “talk to a human”, then pick Continue.
- Choose which way you want to connect with us. Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert. Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.
