Please know that we've updated our support options in QuickBooks Online. To successfully contact our Customer Care Team, you'll have to go to the Help icon within your QuickBooks account. Our Customer Support will be the one who initiates the call as you request through the Get a callback option. This is the most secure and convenient way to get to the right QuickBooks representative.
Here's how you can reach us:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
- Select Talk to a human.
- Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
- Choose I still need a human, then click Contact Us.
- Click Get a callback.
- Enter your contact information.
- Select to Confirm my call.
Our representatives are available from Monday to Friday 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and Saturday 6:00 AM to 3:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
