Currently, QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) does not provide a direct option to restrict users from changing or backdating the date on stock transfer slips.

While you can set user permissions to control access to certain features and modules, there is no explicit option to make the "Date" field on a transfer slip read-only or disable it entirely.

- Implement internal policies and procedures that discourage users from modifying or backdating transfer slips.
- Closely monitor inventory transactions and investigate any suspicious date changes.
- Consider implementing a supervisory approval workflow for all inventory transfers, even if you can't directly restrict the date field.
