Hi there, @QUANTUM VIGOUR. I'll help you reactivate your subscription with ease.
To clarify, are you using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) or QuickBooks Online (QBO)? You can find the Gear icon in QBO. If you have QBO, you can find it in the upper right corner. I've included some screenshots below and the steps for reactivating your subscription.
Otherwise, if you're using QBDT, you can manage your account using the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs).
