The "find an accountant" is more correctly "find a Pro Advisor" which means you will find people who have passed certain levels of testing which should mean they have some knowledge of the product.
This alone cannot guarantee that experts you find are excellent teachers of what they know but it is a start.
Another place to look is your local universities or if there are any community continuing education programs.
