I am wondering how I print mailing labels using QBO?

I can help with printing these mailing labels, @jtherrmann12.

In this case, we will run the Customer Contact List report and print it afterward. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. In the Find report by name field, find the Customer Contact List report.
  3. Click the Customize button.
  4. Under the Rows/Columns section, put a checkmark to the box next to the Billing and Shipping Address.
  5. Under Filter, put a checkmark next to Customer and choose All.
  6. Click Run report.

  7. Lastly, select the Print icon.

@Jessica_young

Are you serious? Those aren't mailing labels. It's a report.

Are you saying QB Online doesn't have a mailing label feature? QuickBooks Desktop has had one for well over a decade. It directly supports many standard label formats, even one that can be purchased from Intuit (as if that is needed):

I also cannot find a customer mailing label template to use.  I have 402 letters that need to go out this week.

Has this issue been resolved in the QBOL software?
