If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. Switching to another compatible one to help rectify the issue.

May I kindly inquire about the specific error you've encountered when entering the customer's CC information?
It's possible that the credit card info you've added encountered a failed verification process. The software's system usually temporarily blocks storing credit card info if this happens. However, it'll be automatically removed from being blocked after 48 hours. For now, you can consider temporarily changing the customer's payment method and changing it back to CC to enter the CC info.
