I'm getting the same problem. Says the security certificate expired today. I can't even get connected.
I am getting a similar message. It has to be on the QB side.
Need QB to provide fix
Got through to the customer service team by phone, the issue is on their end as well. They said check back in 20-30 minutes otherwise it could be longer, but did not have any additional information at this time.
Appears they let their certificate expire. Not the smoothest product integration.

I can now get into Quickbooks Time, but it still states "not secure". Is it safe to still work in it?
Hello @laura131,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community for information about the security certificate notification.
I’m pleased to be able to report that this situation has been resolved. You should be able to log in without any issue. If, for some reason, you’re still getting this notice, please try clearing your cache. That should resolve any residual messaging.
Enjoy your day!
