I know the importance of adding this deduction for this specific employee. We can add this tax between State or Federal tax. You can follow these steps on how:
- Go to Payroll and select Employees.
- Click the employee's name.
- Go to the Tax withholding section and click Edit.
- Choose where to add the deduction. In Federal taxes, enter the amount for Extra Withholding. In state taxes, enter the amount for Additional Withholding.
- Hit Save.
