QuickBooks automatically downloads data from your bank to the system once connected. The transactions imported to QuickBooks are dependent on what your financial institution provides with our network.
If you're done checking your financial institution's website and there are no alerts, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can provide further investigation and resolve this issue on time.
Here's how:
In the meantime, we can manually upload your transactions to QuickBooks so you can check and manage them. First, we need to fetch a copy of your bank statement from your financial institution.
To guide you with the CSV formatting, please check this link: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.
Next, let's upload your file into the system.
After you've uploaded your transactions to QuickBooks, you'll have to organize them accordingly. This way, you can track and manage them accurately. To help you with this task, kindly review this article: Categorize bank transactions in QuickBooks Solopreneur.
