I'm having an awful time in resubscribing my account and can't update my company profile to my actual location. I need help to resole this issue. Thak you

When i'm updating my profile, i am unable to update it to my current location. it's showing only UK details.
I'm not from there

You were using QBO UK version. If you are located in the US, you should use QBO US version.

It's a pleasure to help you resubscribe your account, finance-csm-mu.

 

Let's first verify which country your QuickBooks Online account  belong base on the domain or country code of the website extension.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Choose Company.
  4. Select Communications with Intuit.
  5. Click Marketing Preferences.

Below is a sample screen shot for QuickBooks Online with GB country code for United Kingdom.

If you're not using the QuickBooks Online subscription for UK version, you can cancel this and subscribe to Mauritius.

 

Here's how to cancel a subscription:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  5. Follow the next steps. Then, select Submit and cancel subscription.
  6. Click Got it.

Once done, you can sign up for QBO US account. Don't worry, I'll show you how to do it through the steps below:

 

  1. Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
  2. Under Europe, choose Mauritius.
  3. Click See plans & pricing button.
  4. You'll be routed to the different plans available in QBO.
  5. Choose a plan and click Buy now once you're ready.

You can try to resubscribe your QBO UK account using Paypal as the first step. Then signup for a new QBO Global version account for Mauritius

then you may have 2 ways to migrate data from QBO UK account:

1. Utilize a migration tool

2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service.

i'm unable to resubscribe to my account since i can't update my company profile.

I have no uk address/contact details to provide

 

In that case, what should i do?

Create another company profile and migrate the data?

I've checked the QB version i've initially subscribed to, indeed it's the UK version.

 

Since my account has been suspended due to payment issues , i'd like to know what's the next step to recover my account and to register it for the Mauritian Version.

and also how to migrate all my data.

As I know, you don't need to enter any UK address to pay with Paypal. Do you have a Paypal account?

no i don't. I was effecting payments from the company's credit card directly
