I'm trying to get the printed Purchase order to show received quantity for items

It's great to see you back in the Community. Let's work together to get this issue taken care of. 

The problem maybe that you need to edit your Purchase Order template. This will help you include all the information you'd like on the printed template. Here's a guide below that can assist you with the steps if need be:

Also, be sure that the printed box is checked off as well so that it will show the changes you made to be included on the Purchase Order.

I'm familiar with customizing the PO template. The problem is that when in the template and using the additional customization tab there is no column for Received or Back Ordered to check the box for either Screen or Print. We are using QuickBooks Premier Contractor Edition 2021 which we just upgraded in November 2021. Do you have any other information so that we can correct the situation.

I know a workaround to include a Received or Back-ordered column.

You can use the Other 2 field and rename the Title to the information you want to show up.
