I need a call about my QB PRO PAYROLL that recently had the subscription paid and now when I go online to do my payroll it is not letting me proceed. I need a call from a person to walk me through the problem.
Thanks for following this thread, @vickiegroth. I understand you'll need to speak with our Customer Care team to help fix the issue when running payroll in QuickBooks Pro.
I can help you get this fixed by updating QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release as well as the payroll tax table. I'll show you how:
If you get the message to install the update, select Yes. Then, restart your computer after the installation. After that, proceed by downloading the latest tax table update:
A window will appears once the download is complete. Once done, run a payroll and check to see if it works.

If your company is exempt from sales tax, it is best for you to reach out to our Customer Care team and notify the agent you're working with. The agent can walk through your options for sending a copy of your tax-exempt certification to Intuit. It will convert the account to Sales Tax Exempt and refund any sales taxes that Intuit has charged you on any services or product orders.
For your account's status, you'll receive an update within 5 to 10 business days after Intuit has received, reviewed, and confirmed the validity of your Tax-Exempt Credentials.
