Greetings, @alvarez-fausto.
I'd like to make sure you're getting the right support in getting your payroll service key. Let's get started!
To start with, I just want to clarify what specific QuickBooks payroll product you're using?
If you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll, you'll no longer need to enter a payroll service to activate the payroll service in your account. You may check out the video below on how to set up payroll on your end.
On the other hand, if you're using QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, you'll usually receive the payroll service key via email. If you haven't receive one, you can use our automated Service Key Retrieval tool in acquiring one.
If you're having difficulty retrieving your payroll service key, I'd recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team. A payroll specialist will be able to access your account on a secured environment and provide the information you need.
