I requested a refund for the monthly subscription of quicknpoks online as soon as the charge hit my account. Im not using the product anymore. I was denied my request.

I feel like I shouldn't be stuck with the product for the month when I asked for a refund as soon as I was charged.

  2. Select the Search tab, then the Contact Us button
  3. Choose a topic. For instance, click Ask about something else, then enter your concern.
