I use Quickbooks to file the tax reports 1099s to contractors and they have not received the 1099 in the mail. How long before they would receive the tax information?

I acknowledge that you have completed the 1099 forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO) on time. However, since there wasn’t an email provided for your contractors, they won’t be receiving e-filed forms.

QuickBooks will send a copy to your contractor’s address 1099 through the UPS starting Jan 31 and may take a week or more to deliver depending on the contractor’s address. If your contractors need their forms promptly, you can manually print or download the form and then send it to your contractors outside of QuickBooks.
