QuickBooks Online utilizes the latest exchange rates provided by IHS Markit. To find their official website, consider searching for it on any search engine. 

Another option is to generate a Transaction List by Customer report and include the Exchange and Foreign Rate columns. This will allow you to access the historical exchange rates you're looking for. I'll walk you through the steps:

1. Navigate the Reports tab, search for Transaction List by Customer in the Search box, and click to open it.
2. Tap the Switch to classic view.
3. Select the Report period.
4. Click on the small gear icon.
5. Ensure to check the Exchange Rate and Foreign Amount boxes.
6. Then click Run report.

With these instructions, you can see the list of your historical exchange rates needed.

Thank you, but I'm just looking for the link to their IHS Markit website (because I haven't had any success in locating it in a search engine).  I recently migrated from Desktop to Online, and the migration brought over the exchange rates I was using from OANDA.  I want to see what the differences are between OANDA and IHS Markit over the last couple of months.
