iif file open in another application

Hello

I started a new 23 Enterprise company file.  I am trying to import the 22 iif file, but I am getting an error that the iif file is open in another application.  Can anyone help?

That's probably correct. Some process has locked the file.  If you restart your computer and then it works, it means something had the file open.
