Import and Export Tools for Commerce are complete garbage

Intuit really needs to fix their Import and Export tools.  Chat informed me that I can do 350-800 lines of data but I wasn't able to import more than 250.  If I tried to do more than 250 I would get a Request Entity Too Large error.  The tool at only 250 lines of data will sometimes take over 30 minutes for 1 import or not complete the task at all. 
 
I had to import over 9,000 skus into commerce that were already in Commerce as the standalone product because they are retiring that product.  Upper management made the brilliant decision as they wanted to put this product as a tab in QB Online that you click on that just sends you back out to what is the same Commerce platform.  The "great" engineers at Intuit couldn't accomplished transferring over historical data.  This transition as a new "platform" no historical data is transferred over; you get no Sales History or Purchase Order History.  All the transferring (Relationships:Customers and Suppliers and Products) that you have to do will be done by you.  Here's a thought upper management why not hire back on those people you have fired in Singapore to fix a problem that upper management has created. This job took me multiple small imports my entire Saturday.  Now I'm trying to export those skus out of Commerce as a CSV file to review it but the Export tool that I started over 6 hours ago on Sunday morning hasn't completed its task.
 
The tool was bad with TradeGecko but it wasn't as bad as it now.  Another great decision by upper management instead of leaving the product as a functioning standalone product that accomplished more or less what I needed it to do with a customer base from TradeGecko you seem to doing everything possible to turn off those customers.  Don't get me started about the multiple meetings I had with a Quickbooks sales rep trying to upsell me on multiple 3rd party services to keep my historical data.  So I need to signed up with additional service for what I already had with TradeGecko then with Commerce as a standalone product.  Add this nightmare headache transition with the fact that all those people that are based in Singapore will also be losing their jobs.  Some of them have been with that company since it started as TradeGecko.  Unfortunately I'm signed up with the bundle not because of Intuit but because the original TradeGecko API.
