- Sign in to your QuickBooks Desktop company.
- From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact us.
- At the top right, select your product.
- Select your QuickBooks version.
- Give a brief description of your issue and click Search.
- Click Start a Message.
