Incorrect subscription amount

I have a QBO Accountant version, and through that I have added a client for which i should be charged USD 56. Which is the discounted price for clients subscriptions added through a pro advisor. However qbo is asking me to pay up 81 USD. how do i report it and get it corrected

Thanks for bringing this up in the QuickBooks Community Team. 

 

With regards to your subscription inquiry, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Billing Department. They have the tools that could check your account and verify why the discount wasn't applied. They can also adjust your billing so you can continue with your business.

 

Here's how to connect with them:
 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner and click Talk to a human.
  3. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  4. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. Choose between Chat with usSchedule an appointment, or Have us call you.

 

You can also directly call them using the phone number listed in this article: Contact QuickBooks Online Accountant and ProAdvisor Support.

 

Moreover, you can check out our QuickBooks community page to troubleshoot issues with articles, or get insights from other pros like you.
