Yes. We're still able to use your QBDT 2022 version after your subscription passes. However, we can only access them for a year to view reports. During that, your inactive license will prevent you from editing your data. We can, however, renew your subscription or export reports. Regardless of its status, you still own your information as a QBDT user.
We can view reports but are unable to make transactions. Before canceling your subscription, we recommend that you export your data. To do that:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Find and open any report.
- Click the Excel option on the toolbar. We can also choose to Print or save it as a PDF.
