Integration can only connect to one admin’s email address at a time.

Hi,

 

I hope someone can assist.

We have integrated our system with QuickBooks Online.

 

Every so often we would get the message as per the attached image stating that the app can only connect to one admin’s email address at a time.

We would usually just click "Change Admin", but is someone able to assist as to what can cause this?

There are multiple admin users loaded on their company.

Each user would connect to our app with their respective quickbooks admin login.

The way users can connect will depend on the integrated application. Since it only allows one admin access, I recommend contacting your third-party support team. They'll be able to take over and check your account using tools unavailable to us in this public space.

Thank you for your response however this does not assist me.

We are the developers of the app.

Whenever the user connects to QuickBooks from our app this is the message they receive.

Is this message normal if there are two admin users who connects to the app?

So a custom application is written for ONE user? If anyone else wants to use it, it doesn't work unless you change the admin of the application? What kind of design is that? 

 

There's no way to write a custom application for multiple users? Is there a single use-case in which an application is used for only ONE account?? Doesn't this design encourage multiple people using one account then? Because by design, there is no other way?

is there a solution for this issue ? Having the screen come up that a primary admin is transfering ownerhip to a user is not ok, did someone find a solution to this ?
