Hello there, @Hieu Le Tran. I've come to guide you on the actions you need to take to integrate QuickBooks Online (QBO) with another system like NCR Counterpoint.
QuickBooks can connect to hundreds of applications to help you, our users, simplify and automate accounting tasks.
The NCR Counterpoint system, however, isn't yet integrated with QuickBooks. With this, you'll have to contact our Intuit Developer Team. They have a forum where different developers and business people help each other with programming and third-party connections. I would encourage you to set up an account and post your question from there. This way, our developers can provide you with an accurate resolution to complete your task. Here's how:
- Go to the Intuit Developer page.
- Choose QuickBooks Online under What do you need help with?.
- Click Ask a Question.
- Select Create Account.
- Fill in all the necessary details (i.e., Email address and First and Last name).
- Click Create Account.
Once you're done, go ahead and post your question. One of our developers should get back to you shortly after that.
Also, you may want to visit one of our Help pages as your reference in case you need assistance in managing the growth of your business and completing your future tasks using QBO: QuickBooks Support. It includes help articles, Community discussions with other users, and video tutorials, to name a few.
