Buy nowI hope the decision makers at Intuit read these questions. I just spent 2 hours of non- billable time trying to find help with no luck. The inability to reach customer service from a phone is costing money and creating a great deal of angst for my company. If this does not change I will be looking for a new service and steering all potential client away from Intuit. It’s unfortunate the customer service use to be very good. I did notice you can call someone if you want to purchase something.
