Intuit is billing us both $10 and $20 each month.

How do I email the screen shot of of the duplicate payments to the intuit billing office? I can't seem to reach a human being.

I would suggest contacting our Support team, since we need to verify these charges. They are the ones who can best help you with this.

 

To contact them:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Click Contact us.
