Buy nowHi. I could really use some help! When I run a Verify/Rebuild file I am getting several errors that QB can't fix. I have figured out what's going on with one of them but can't figure out how to fix it.
Error 6255: Sum of item DIX150-A-AL on item site table doesn't match QOH stored at item history table
Error 332: Verify Target: Inventory Transfer target does not match the target with which it's paired".
The issue is this: among a number of items listed in Inventory Transfer #61 there was a transfer of item DIX150-A-AL (confirmed by the Transaction Journal). However, that one item transfer is no longer showing in the actual Inventory Transfer transaction screen in QB - it's just missing and there is a blank line in the row where it once. And, interestingly enough there is no Bin Location on one of those lines on the Transaction Journal.
The result of this is that Quantity on Hand is not correct.
How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.
PS The other issue I'm having is Error 345, related to a Bin Location Unassigned not belonging to a specific site - I'm going to add a separate post for that but if you're able to get through this post and have knowledge on how to help me with that one I'd really appreciate it! You're a QB Master if you can.

Before diving into Verify and Rebuild, ensure QuickBooks Desktop is updated to the latest release. Many data integrity tools work on updated versions because patches often fix software bugs. After updating, try running Verify and Rebuild on your Company File again.
While Verify and Rebuild in QuickBooks Desktop can fix minor data issues automatically, complex errors such as missing transaction lines or mismatched Quantity on Hand (QOH) often require manual intervention for a complete resolution.
