Allow me to assist you with this, Squinnyal.
There are a few ways on how to view the emails sent to your customers.
The first option is to go to your email and check the sent folder to see anything that was sent from QuickBooks.
Another option is to check your Audit Log and find the emails you've sent in its history. Below are steps to view it in the audit log.
- Select the Gear icon and click Audit Log.
- Find the transaction, then under the History column, choose View.
- Then click the black arrow next to the Date and time of history.
Otherwise, you can pull up and customize your Transaction List by Customer report to show all transactions you've sent. I'm here to help you accomplish this.
- Go to the Reports page.
- Enter Transaction List by Customer.
- Click Customize.
- Select Rows/Columns and then choose Status.
- Under Filter, select Transaction Type and Invoice.
- On the Sent drop-down menu, select All.
- Click Run report.
Moving forward, you'll want to send yourself a copy of your transactions by going to your Accounts and Settings. This way you'll be able to trace emails through the sent items history.
Here are the steps:
- Click on the Gear icon, choose Accounts and Settings.
- Click on the Sales tab.
- Under Messages, tick on Email me a copy, click on Save.
