I'll make sure you'll be able the see the saved draft invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
Normally, when saving an invoice draft, it will stay on the Invoices page. Have you tried signing in to your account in a private browser? A possible browser issue might have prevented the program from saving the invoice draft.
Here are the shortcut keyboards:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Once logged in, try to save the invoice again to double-check. If it works, I recommend clearing
your browser's cache. Doing so will remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate.
