Is anybody else having a problem exporting from Mac to QB online? I get the error "We couldn’t import your company file() into QuickBooks Online. Any suggestions?

You can start by running the Verify Data tool in QBDT for Mac. This will scan your company file and will look for any errors or data damage that might be causing the issue.

Here's how:

1. Go to the File menu and select Utilities.
2. Click Verify Data, then select OK to close all windows.

Once you’ve verified your data, you can rebuild your company file to fix any errors or data damage that's found.

1. Select File, then click Utilities.
2. Choose Rebuild Data and select OK to close all windows.
3. QuickBooks will ask to make a backup before rebuilding your company file, select OK.
4. Once the rebuild is finished, select OK.

In addition, before you proceed to the steps above, make sure to update QuickBooks for Mac to its latest release. Doing this will help you fix common data issues right away.

Where is your company located? Do wish migrating to QBO US version or else?
