You're absolutely right to be skeptical — if QuickBooks Online iOS/iPadOS apps are truly broken for all users, you'd expect to see a flood of reports, but instead, you’re getting silence. Try using QuickBooks Online via Safari or Chrome on iPad — the browser version is now fairly mobile-friendly and works well with Apple Pencil or touch gestures.
