Is it possible to fax invoices through the app?

There are several third party apps that you can choose from in our QuickBooks Online Apps center as suggested by my colleague above.

However, we can't specify what third party app is best for you as they have different features.

To help you find the right one, I recommend browsing our apps center as suggested by my colleague. From there, you'll be able to find an app that's best suits your business needs.

Here's how:

1. In your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Apps menu.
3. Then browse for apps that suits your need.

Try www.faxlogic.com. They issue a user specific email address you attach with the customer's fax number that sends a fax via email directly from quickbooks. Just add it in the customer's info and send it directly after creating the invoice. 

www.faxlogic.com issues a user specific email address and all you have to do is add the customer's fax number and save it in the customers info and send the invoice via email to fax. Very easy and can be used mobile.
