Is there a way to set up a pay schedule for contract labor similar to a payroll schedule?

We have roughly 175 employees & around 40 teacher/tutors that are considered contract labor. They are paid at the same time as payroll. it would be a lot easier if we had a schedule with all of their names already there similar to a payroll schedule. Is there anything similar to that? I'm open to any suggestions.

It's great to see you back in the Community. I can give you an answer to your question about setting up a pay schedule for contract labor.

I can see how beneficial this could be for you and your business. However, there isn't a way to set up a pay schedule for contract labor that would be similar to a payroll schedule.

I'll submit your feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider this in the near future.

You can sign up for a free Melio account and utilize the payment schedule feature for your 1099 contractors. You can pay for them with ACH for free. It only syncs with QB Online and you will manually log transactions in your QB Desktop file later. You can utilize an importer tool if required.
