At this time, the option to set up a purchase order approval workflow is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, we have various third-party applications that can be seamlessly integrated with QBO to accomplish your tasks.
While we can't advise what specific tool to use, you'll want to go to the Apps menu or visit our marketplace to search for one. This platform offers a variety of software designed to connect with different systems and help you manage your vendor transactions.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QBO company.
- Select Apps from the left menu.
- From the Find Apps tab, type in Purchase Order Approvals. QuickBooks will display the list of the apps.
- Locate the app that you want to utilize.
