Dear All,
One of my valuable client is facing a QuickBooks error with items selecting while he want to create a new invoice/sales receipt or want enter a new bill or record a write check by using the existing items both services and inventory part items are not recognized by QuickBooks.
I updated its QuickBooks and even I added an new Item but it doesn't work while creating an invoice or enter a bill.
I attached its screenshot hope you help me to solve this problem.

2. Create a backup file, restore it with a new name and open the file.

There are times when your company file is damaged, which leads to being unable to perform some tasks. To fix this, you can run the Verify and Rebuild Data utilities.
Before you get started, make sure to backup your company file. Then, follow these steps to scan your company file for errors or data damage.

After running those utility tools, re-sorting the item list can also fix data damage on your company file. Please keep in mind that you'll need to close and re-open your company file after re-sorting a specific list.
Once done, you can ask the client to create again the invoice. If you get the same result, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Team. They can have a screen-sharing session with you to take a closer look at your issue.
