Jeer Button? for canned answers and moderators who dont read and just copy and paste?

I am requesting a jeer button in addition to the cheer button.

1. I am so tired of asking a question and having a moderator just copy and paste some canned answer without even reading my post.

2.  I am so tired of having to wade through all the "copied and pasted" answers.   I can search and easily find these answers. Please stop copy and pasting.  If you must just provide a link.  But don't clog up the thread with canned copied and paste answers (especially since most don't even begin to answer the question)

3.  I am so tired of having to wade through a bunch of flowery language.  I assume the QB moderators have been instructed to look sympathetic and compassionate.  But the esoteric flowery language only serves to clog up the answer.

4.  Please start reading our questions.   I suggest that moderators read the question out loud at least twice before they attempt to post answer.

5.  I wish that the moderators were more intentional and deliberate about an answer.  I have often wondered if they get paid by the word, because It doesnt seem that their true desire is to help the customer.

Thanks for reading!

@LDO  Love your post, but don't you think you're being a little bit demanding?

RE: 1. I am so tired of asking a question and having a moderator just copy and paste some canned answer without even reading my post.

But, but, but canned answers are the best answers, right?  All those nice steps and bullets and large amounts of randomly-bolded text to catch your eye. What could be better?

RE: 2. I am so tired of having to wade through all the "copied and pasted" answers. ...(especially since most don't even begin to answer the question)

Yea, but how's a rep supposed to help if they can't copy/paste canned answers? Actually using QuickBooks to determine how it works and then writing their own answers that actually address your questions seems rather onerous, don't you think? I mean, that would be hard! I mean, they'd have to install QuickBooks on their computers and then load it. And open a company file. And then actually try using it. Yikes!

RE: 3. I am so tired of having to wade through a bunch of flowery language.

Rest assured; Intuit knows that weirdly awkward formal language helps hide the fact that they don't know much of anything. It is of the utmost importance to them to present their non-answers with the utmost of brilliance. In any case they recommend that you enter some feedback and maybe call support to complain about this. That way they can verify your account, which will not help in the least to answer your question.  But, rest assured they will document your call. Doesn't that sound nice?

RE: 4. Please start reading our questions.

There you go again, asking for the world. Actually reading and understanding customer's questions would involved understanding American English, something about accounting, and maybe even how QuickBooks works. All of that is clearly way too huge an ask. I mean, that how support used to be. We don't want to go back to that!

RE: 5. I wish that the moderators were more intentional and deliberate about an answer.

Rest assured; Intuit's reps already do that. They copy and paste possibly-related answers to customer questions in an extremely intentional and very deliberate way. And they at the end of each canned answer they very deliberately and intentionally indicate that if you have additional questions they will always be there to answer.  Not that they will answer if you post a response, because that would be hard, but that they're there, lurking, unable to lose face when you tell them that their answer doesn't help. Rest assured; another rep will pounce and offer another non-answer for you to read! Intuit knows you will soon learn to love their answers.
