Send your QBB file to her and (hopefully) she can restore it on hers.

Anyway, I am not sure we may able to open any Enterprise data file yet on Pro/Premier edition. You need to purchase a 3rd party conversion service to downgrade the file.

Hi there, @RBernal.

You'll need to use the same version or year of your client QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to upload your file to her QBDT software.

This way, when your client opens your file, she won't have to upgrade the file to works with her new version of QBDT.

I've got you this helpful article that you can read for more details (read Product versions: Accountant's Copy and QuickBooks Desktop section): Use the Accountant's Copy.

Then, In case you want to upgrade your QBDT software to the latest version, you can read these great resources that can help guide you through the process:

As always, if you need anything else regarding your QBDT software, feel free to leave a comment below. I'm always here to help.
