hi QB Community -- I'm attempting to migrate my QB Desktop for Mac file to QBO. I'm going through the steps and attempted to "Verify Data". Errors were found, so rebuilt data. Tried verify again and got errors. The prompt says to "call Intuit Customer Service". Thoughts?
thank you!
Liza

thanks, Abegail! It looks like I have two verification errors -- I'll show them below. Not sure how to correct since the book balance is reconciled as of 10/31. Thoughts?
Verify Account Balance failed. Account = LLC Checking Account. Ref = 10. Calc bal = 16,076.29. List bal = 15,999.68
Verify Account Balance failed. Account = Business Owners' Insurance. Ref = 68. Calc bal = 2,560.55. List bal = 2,637.16
Verify Completed
Suggest you go ahead and try the conversion and see what the account balances show in QuickBooks Online once you have completed. You can then apply an adjustment when reconciling if the balances are off slightly.
thank you -- it's a $76.61 discrepancy, and I remember some sort of weird transaction showing for that amount, and I was unable to delete it (and unable to find the Tx when I search using a filtered transaction detail report). it's all good now, Much appreciated.
