Not happening.  Not in their best interests until competition comes and we leave for good.

Revisiting this once again, any idea if this feature will be added to the app?

Mobile app inventory tracking

Hi there, @CBPP.

Currently, the mobile version doesn’t have the option to view the inventory on hand. Instead, you can open your account in a regular browser and view the information. QBO is constantly changing and evolving based largely on the suggestions and requests of users like yourself.

Thus, I recommend sending this feedback to our product development team directly. Use the steps below on a web browser:

  1. In your QBO account, go to the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your suggestions.
  3. Then click on Next.

Additionally, there is no set timeframe for when the feature will be accessible through the mobile app. You can access QuickBooks and track inventory using the web browser on your device as a workaround.

I've also included an article that you may use to learn more about adding inventory items: Add inventory products in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any other queries concerning tracking inventories, please comment below. I'll be delighted to assist. I hope you had a good one.

They acquired TradeGecko a few years ago, renamed it QB Commerce and removed most of the features including their mobile inventory app. Don't expect too much. I still don't understand why they had to acquire such a powerful app and downgrade it to this level. Using a 3rd party application is your current solution.

What good does it do a company to see the cost of the inventory on the mobile app but not know how much you have in stock.  Again, another Intuit half thought through process. What do I need the app for if I am going to need to log in on a web browser on my phone? You are a huge company, how is it possible nobody there thought this would be necessary.  SUGGESTION:  before you send out your next update, you should send a survey to your users asking what they need from you.
