how do I get my online subscription to link to the iOS mobile app. The app says my subscription has expired but I have paid for the year through online.

Let’s start by making sure your mobile app is updated refreshed by uninstalling and reinstalling the application. Once done, reopen the application and login using the same credentials you’re using with QBO browser.

 

If it’s still saying expired, I’d recommend reaching out to our phone support team to check your subscription’s status.
