Hi there, Zbates.
I'm here to help you get the sales percentage of your customer.
You can use the Sales by Customer Summary report to have the total sales for each customer in QuickBooks Online. Then, if you wanted to convert a percentage into a decimal, do this by moving the decimal point two spaces to the left. Base on your example, 14.20% would be 0.1420. You can multiply this by any number you see on the report to get the sales percentage by customers.
Also, you can customize your report base on your preference. Please check this guide here to learn more: customize your report in QBO.
Please let me know if you have further questions about running a sales report. I'm just around to help you. Take care!
So what I need to do is multiply all the sales by 14.20% in the Sales by Customer Summary report. I want to multiply the sales and have it show up and be put into the report. That process is what I have no knowledge of how to do.
If and where in the customize report section can I plug in the 14.20% that I want to apply to the sales?
